When will my order ship?
Physical items are prepared with intention and sent with care. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK for physical products.  Digital products can be accessed worldwide. However, if you really need a physical item, email us at info@the9starot.com to find out about custom shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you need guidance, simply reach out-we’re here to walk with you.

Digital Offerings

How will I receive my digital product?
You’ll receive a download link via email shortly after purchase. If it doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam or email us directly at info@the9starot.com

Readings

How are readings delivered?
Readings are delivered either as a beautifully branded PDF. They are infused with intuitive energy and soul connection.

When will I receive my reading?
Readings are completed in divine timing-usually within 1-3 days. If ever longer, we will let you know. We honour the flow of energy and the sacredness of each message.

Can I request a specific question or focus?
Yes-once your order is placed, you will receive a download with instructions to provide the required information.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the energetic nature of our offerings, all readings are final. However, if a physical or digital offering arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right by replacing the item.
